The customer is reminded that this site may be used for purchasing bus tickets for the following routes only:
- Paris/Beauvais Airport Tillé,
- Beauvais Airport Tillé/Paris.
From the bus ticket purchase date onwards, the Client shall be presumed to be aware of and to have accepted all the terms
and conditions, both general and particular, to be found on the site, and to have accepted all the rules and regulations
to which this bus transport service is subject.
The customer agrees that at the moment of making the order he was aware of the particular terms and conditions of sale
announced on the screen and expressly declares his acceptance of those terms and conditions without reservations of any
kind.
The present General Terms and Conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between the CCIO and the customer,
both parties accepting them without reserve. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall prevail over all other terms
and conditions to be found in any other document, except in the event of an express prior waiver in written form.
Any illustration appearing on the site shall not form part of the contract. If errors are inserted, the CCIO may not be held responsible under any circumstances.
The sale of the above mentioned products shall take place under the terms and conditions provided for in the relevant
fields.
The CCIO may in no circumstances be held responsible in the event of any malfunction or anomaly in the secure payment
system, whether such malfunctions or anomalies occur before, during or after the said payment.
Payment shall be made with a bank card carrying the CB logo.
"Cybermut" on line, the bankcard payments solution designed by our Bank, Crédit Mutuel, makes it possible to
pay via a bank server in a secure environment.
Your bank card number is sent to the CCIO's bank, your payment is made directly to the bank in a secure environment without
going via the shop's server, thus providing greater security in that your numbers will be known only by our banking partner.
The order as confirmed by the customer will be considered to have effectively taken place once the payment centres of
the banking partner concerned have given their consent. In the event of a refusal by the centres, the order will be cancelled
automatically and the client informed by e-mail. In addition, the CCIO reserves the right to refuse any order from any
client with whom it is in legal dispute.
The CCIO shall in no circumstances be held responsible for any possible failure of, disturbance, or interruption to the
operation of the site, whether prolonged or short lived.
In the event of repairs to or updating of the site, the customer may under no circumstances hold CCIO or its Information
Technology service responsible.
Tickets cannot be reimbursed or exchange. In the event of a complaint, please write, enclosing your receipts for flight
and bus ticket payments, to:

Prices are expressed in Euros.
Prices are given inclusive of tax.
Tickets do not have to be purchased for children of less than two years of age.
Once having paid, the customer will be given a 6 character alphanumeric code, which cannot be used for 24 hours but which
will be valid for one year.
The order code constitutes the bus ticket as acquired from this site.
To board the bus, the customer must give the order code to the inspector at the bus entrance.
Any traveller unable to produce proof in this form will have to pay for the ticket at the current price.
The present contract is subject to French law. The CCIO may not be held responsible for any harm or injury of any kind,
whether tangible or immaterial, which may result from the faulty operation or poor or mistaken use of the product sold.
All complaints and disputes will be duly and attentively examined, good faith being presumed on the part of the person
taking the trouble to communicate his position. In the event of litigation, the customer shall write in the first instance
to the Responsable de la liaison aéroportuaire (Airport Link Manager) in search of a friendly settlement.
By default, the Administrative Court in Amiens is the relevant court, as designated by the CCIO and as accepted by the
customer.
The provision of personal data collected for the purpose of distance selling is obligatory, such data being indispensable
for the processing and routing of orders, for billing and underwriting. If the required information is not provided, the
order is not valid. In accordance with the law on Data Processing and Liberties, the processing of personal information
relating to customers has been declared to the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL) (The
National Commission on Information Technology and Liberties). The client, in accordance with Article 34 of the law dated
January 6th 1978, has a right to access, modify, rectify or have deleted the data relating to him.
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Oise undertakes that it will not communicate the personal details of any of
its customers to any third party, either freely or in exchange for fees or any other benefit.
The Customer is presumed to have read and accepted the following points in their entirety:
The Beauvais Airport Tillé (Aéroport de Beauvais Tillé) (ABT), which is managed by the Chambre de Commerce
and Industry of the Oise (CCIO) may not be held responsible for delays caused by difficulties whether imputable to road
traffic or not. Any passenger turned down at check-in or boarding as a consequence of delay, whether the delay is imputable
or otherwise to his bus journey, may not claim on those grounds either any reimbursement for his bus ticket or for his air
ticket.
The departure time of the bus may be altered to fit in with changes to timetables of the relevant flights up until 3 hours
before the departure time.
The Beauvais Airport Tillé shall not be held responsible for loss or theft of passengers' personal effects.
Belongings found will be brought the next day to the ABT. They will be kept for one month. After that time, they may be
destroyed.
Before that period has elapsed, personal belongings will be returned to their owners only after proof of identity has
been provided.
Our customers are asked to listen to and conform to announcements or warnings made by our staff, and to respect the present
rules and regulations.
We remind customers that our Representatives act on behalf of Beauvais Airport Tillé and that any orders given
by them must be followed. Offenders may be refused access to our vehicles or may be required to leave the vehicle, at
the request of our Representatives, even if the offender is in possession of a valid ticket.
In the event of an accident occurring on this private line, provided by a transporter selected and designated by the CCIO,
the manager of the Beauvais Airport Tillé, the attention of the customer is drawn to the fact that responsibility
may only be claimed to lie with the CCIO if the client is in possession of a valid air ticket drawn up in his own name
justifying his presence in the vehicle.
In the absence of such a document, the CCIO cannot be claimed to be responsible.
Your attention is drawn to the following obligatory safety instructions:
When the vehicle is equipped with safety belts, make sure that you use them: passengers not wearing safety belts are liable
to a Grade 4 infraction punishable by a fine of 750 €. Under no circumstances is the transporter or organiser responsible
for the non-wearing of a safety belt. (Decree dated 9th July 2003/JO 10/07/03).
Do not hinder the automatic functioning of the doors.
Do not stand on the vehicle's steps.
Do not board the vehicle with parcels which are bulky or which contain dangerous materials.
Respect the rules applying to animals and the precautions regarding children as explained above.
If an accident occurs inside the vehicle, inform the driver immediately.
Smoking in the vehicle is strictly forbidden.
It is forbidden to carry or transport, whether knowingly or not, any sharp and/or dangerous object. (knife,...).
Seats situated in the first row of the vehicle are not available for young children.
· Under pain of fines and/or criminal prosecution, inside the vehicles it is forbidden to:
- smoke,
- collect money, sell, distribute or fix notices without permission,
- operate the systems for emergency opening and closing of doors without good reason,
- damage equipment or materials,
- introduce dangerous, inflammable or toxic materials,
- consume alcohol,
- disturb the peace and quiet of other passengers or disturb the driver or ticket inspector,
- put your feet on the seats.
· Transferring or selling tickets is forbidden.
Any person disobeying these regulations shall be responsible for the physical and material consequences of his behaviour.
When an inspection takes place in the bus, you must present your air ticket to the officials representing ABT.
If a passenger or passengers refuses to produce this official document or is/are unable to do so, officials representing
ABT may exercise their right to refuse access to the bus to the passenger(s) concerned, or in the event of resistance,
to call upon the aid of the forces of law and order.
Any person who risks inconveniencing other passengers or disturbing law and order inside the vehicle
will not be allowed to board, even if he or she pays or has paid for a ticket. If the disturbance occurs after boarding,
the driver/fare collector shall ask the person to descend from the bus immediately. No request for repayment will be
countenanced.
Boarding the vehicle under the serious influence of alcohol is forbidden. If it is clear to the official representing
the Beauvais Airport Tillé or to the driver that a person under the influence of alcohol risks causing a disturbance
to public order on the bus, the officials representing the Beauvais Airport Tillé or the driver have the right
to refuse that person entrance to the bus.
A customer who is the victim of a robbery, of an act of aggression or of a disrespectful behaviour should inform the driver
at once, who will contact the manager and if necessary the forces of law and order and take whatever measures the seriousness
of the situation may require, in consultation with the manager. If the driver believes that the lives or safety of his
passengers is compromised or in danger, he may interrupt the journey. It is up to him to take whatever measures necessary,
including stopping the vehicle immediately.
